I happily bounced around Marylebone today enjoying an open, green, tranquil part of London’s bustling City. The uninterrupted sun illuminated the red brick flats and gargantuan trees. A notable quirk of Marylebone is “Little Venice,” a canal full of rentable houseboats. I stopped at a small restaurant for lunch and ate a brilliant combination of fresh spinach and wild rice. I followed my meal with a warm, gooey chocolate-chip cookie. Marylebone was a great place to enjoy the brilliant weather and to escape the city. If your relocating to London, Marylebone is a lovely residential sanctuary within the city.
