It can be truly exhausting to find a flat after just moving over from the States.  Typically expats come over with little more than the clothes on their back with no experience with the city or the culture.  Wise expats work with a relocation agent to make the move more tolerable but a move is still a move.  Whether one has just moved to England because of university studies or a corporate relocation a night of fun and relaxing is overdue after searching flats for the perfect spot to call home.  For those calling Chelsea home there are many very popular nightclubs nearby.  After getting settled in it’s probably a good idea to check out the local hot-spots in an effort to meet the locals and begin the acclamation process.

JuJu Chelsea – Named Best Bar of 2011 by the London Bar and Club Association it’s no surprise that Juju Chelsea made the list of nightclubs to visit after moving to London.  This very popular club features great music and even better drinks!  With well-trained bartenders and a house mix-ologist this club is known throughout London for mixing some of the best drinks around.  Reservations are required and patrons are advised to dress to impress.  Reviewers all agree that anyone can have a good time at Jujus whether having a casual night out or a full-fledged party.

Bondai Club – A little known classic in Chelsea located on the strip along with other bigger, shinier clubs, Bondai never fails to impress.  With a Japanese theme the club is small in comparison to other Chelsea venues but offers a great time for a reasonable price.  The music is perfect with DJs keeping the atmosphere fun yet zen-like.  Drinks are rumored to be very good at a great price.  American expats will enjoy a night relaxing at Bondai on Fulham Road in Chelsea.

Chelsea is the place to live if easy and quick access to quality nightlife is a priority.  The neighborhood is quite popular with expats and is relatively safe.  Although it can be difficult to find a flat in London Chelsea is worth the extra money one may have to spend.
